You can subscribe to this service by sending the keyword: “REG” to the shortcode “50016”. Or, you can create your message and text to 50016.You can also log into the CallerFeel web/wap page on MTN website, enter your MSISDN and select the option to subscribe to this service.

Adhan CallerFeel is a service for Muslims that allows the user to display Islamic flash messages on their caller’s mobile phone during prayer times.

7.What is CallerFeel box?
CallerFeel box allows you to automatically update your CallerFeel with 10 messages based on predefined categories. The messages are displayed randomly for different callers.

8.How do I view the categories available on CallerFeel box?
To see the different categories of messages in the box, text SCB to 50016.To view the contents of each box, text V with your selected box number to 50016. For example, to view the contents of the first box, text V1 to 50016, for the second box, text V2 to 50016.

9.How do I subscribe to the CallerFeel box?
You can subscribe to any of the CallerFeel box available. Text “ B with your selected category” to 50016. For example, to subscribe to the Inspiration box, text B1 to 50016.To view the contents of box 1, text V1 to 50016.

10.What happens after I send the subscription request?
Once the system receives your request to subscribe for MTN CallerFeel and you have sufficient funds in your main account, the system will then:
- Receive confirmatory service subscription notification message;
- Deduct the applicable subscription fee from your main account;
- Activate the default CallerFeel on your phone;
- Send you a successful purchase notification message;

11.Will I be able to subscribe to CallerFeel with no airtime balance?
In a situation where you have 0 airtime balance, you can still subscribe to any of the available service plans on MTN CallerFeel through a feature known as Easy Register. Simply text the subscription keyword to 50016. For example, when you text REG to 50016 with zero airtime balance, you will receive the following SMS notification –
"Y'ello! You have successfully subscribed to MTN CallerFeel monthly service and 0Naira deducted from your account. It will be renewed on ddmmyyyy. To unsubscribe, text stop to 50016."

12.Can my CallerFeel service be auto-renewed with insufficient airtime balance?
Yes. You will be renewed for the service based on the amount of airtime you have. For instance, if you have N40 airtime balance, and your monthly subscription validity is up, you will be charged N30 for a period of 14 days as indicated in this table.

13.How do I know if my subscription was unsuccessful?
If your subscription was not successful at the time you attempted, you will be prompted in the SMS notification you receive to try again. E.g.
"Yello! Your registration to CallerFeel failed. Text REG to 50016 to register."

14.Can I get tips on how to use the CallerFeel service?
Yes, you can get tips to help you while using this service by texting HELP to 50016. You will receive the below response:
"To update your CallerFeel, simply create your message and send it as a reply to this message. To get your current CallerFeel setting, reply with 'MESSAGE'. Reply 'STOP' to cancel the subscription."

15.What do I get when I subscribe to this service?
By subscribing to this service, you will get two types of CallerFeel content:
- One free default CallerFeel;
- A Paid for user-generated CallerFeel in your personal library;

16.What is a default CallerFeel Content?
A default CallerFeel content are MTN content assigned free of charge to all customers who have subscribed to the CallerFeel service. MTN may refresh the default CallerFeel content from time to time and it may include MTN adverts.

17.What is a personalized content?
Personalized content are those content created by the customer and stored in the customer’s personal library. For example, a customer can create “God is good” as his CallerFeel content.

18.Will I be charged for creating my own personalized content?
Yes, you will be charged based on your CallerFeel subscription type and the number of updates you have available.

Your callers will see your CallerFeel message whenever they call your line.

22.Will my CallerFeel content be available on all calls?
No, your CallerFeel content will NOT be available to the following:
- Off-net calls
- International calls
- Roaming calls

23.Is there a limit to the number of characters I can use in my CallerFeel?
Yes, there is a limit of 110 characters that you can use in your personalized CallerFeel. With emoticons or smileys, the limit is 35 characters.

24.What happens if my CallerFeel exceeds 110 characters?
You will receive an error message advising you to reduce your personalized CallerFeel to 110 characters.

Yes, you can create your personalized CallerFeel in any language of your choice.

Yes, you can view your CallerFeel message at any time by texting ‘Message’ to 50016. You will receive an SMS notification showing your CallerFeel.

28.Can I set a time period when my CallerFeel will be displayed?
Yes, you can create a time schedule for your personalized CallerFeel. For instance, you can set up a CallerFeel to indicate when you are in a meeting to last for 4 hours. At the end of the 4 hours, the CallerFeel will be replaced with your default CallerFeel.

29.Can I assign different CallerFeel to my different contacts on my phone?
Yes, you can assign different CallerFeel in your personal box to different callers on your phone from the website or through SMS by texting the mobile number and the text message to 50016. E.g

30.Will I be allowed to copy CallerFeel I like from a called party?
Yes, you can copy your friend’s CallerFeel message. Simply press 5 while calling him/her. You will receive an SMS notification to confirm you have successfully copied your friend’s CallerFeel.

31.Can I use improper or abusive words as my CallerFeel?
No, you are not allowed to use improper or abusive words in your CallerFeel. The system automatically filters out such abusive words whenever it is used.

32.Does auto-renewal work with my CallerFeel?
Yes, your account is automatically provisioned with auto-renewal as long as you have sufficient airtime in your account. You will receive a successful notification message for every auto-renewal.

33.Will my callers start seeing my default CallerFeel after I successfully subscribe?
Yes, your MTN callers will start seeing your CallerFeel the moment your subscription becomes active. The default CallerFeel is those chosen by MTN and assigned to all customers who have subscribed to this service.

34.Will my default CallerFeel be static till the end of my subscription?
No, your default CallerFeel will change from time to time as determined by MTN and this may include MTN adverts.

You will be able to do all of the following from the CallerFeel web portal:

- View history
- Updating your CallerFeel
- Modify Password
- CallerFeel Search

- Blacklist CallerFeel from specified numbers
- Invite friends

36.Will I be able to deactivate my CallerFeel subscription?
Yes, you can deactivate your CallerFeel account at any time by texting “STOP” to 50016. You can also deactivate your CallerFeel subscription from the MTN website or CallerFeel WAP portal.
